It was announced on February 25th, 2010 that Eunhyuk was diagnosed with Swine Flu causing him not to attend the encore concert of Girls' Generation's Into the New World. Leeteuk and Heechul replaced him. On March 5, SM Ent. announced that 4 March in the evening Eunhyuk went to the hospital and it was confirmed that he is fully recovered from flu. After recovering, Eunhyuk resumed his activities at Shanghai SSII concert on March 6.
